Wednesday Workout Tip

Tip of the day: Working out multiple muscles groups simultaneously is the most effective way to tone muscle and torch fat.  Some great exercises that do a lot of damage (plus, don’t require equipment):

  1. Pushups 
  2. Bodyweight squats  
  3. Planks and Mountain climbers
  4. Burpees (Fun fact: I’ve heard these are sometimes referred to as “cardio purgatory”)
