Tip of the day: Working out multiple muscles groups simultaneously is the most effective way to tone muscle and torch fat. Some great exercises that do a lot of damage (plus, don’t require equipment):
- Pushups
- Bodyweight squats
- Planks and Mountain climbers
- Burpees (Fun fact: I’ve heard these are sometimes referred to as “cardio purgatory”)
