What is in your refrigerator, freezer and cabinets? Should you keep it or is it time to throw it away? I will come to your home and we will spend 2 hours looking at what foods you are keeping in your home. I’ll make personalized recommendations about what to keep and throw away. We will also look at your pots, pans, and other devices and make sure you are utilizing them properly.
