She is co-author of Psyched to be Skinny: How to Stop Emotional Eating, Enjoy Healthy Weight Loss & Keep it Off for Life and contributing author in Start Right Marketing – The Business of Making an Impact.

Susie’s love of public speaking and promoting healthy eating began at a young age – In 4th grade she competed in her first 4-H Speech Event and won; the title of her speech was “Is Fast Food Bad Food?” and now has been speaking professionally for over 20 years.

Susie has appeared on ABC15, CBS13, KRON4, KPIX, KMAX and more. She has been a contributing author for numerous national magazines and websites including Shape.com and Veria.com. Susie has filmed two cooking video series for eHow.com as well as a première episode on Complexion Kitchen.
