Ingredients
- any lean protein: tofu, chicken, turkey
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped ginger
- 1⁄2 Tbsp red chile peppers
- 1⁄2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 carrot
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 handful torn basil leaves
- sea salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the carrot into into matchstick-size pieces. Cut the mango lengthwise into strips.
- In a food processor, blend the lemon juice, ginger, chile.
- In a bowl, mix the dressing with the shredded cabbage. The best way is to do this with your hands!
- Use the lettuce leaf as a wrap, combining all the ingredients within the lettuce cup.
