Sleep Deprivation = Fatty Food intake

This is a small study, but I see it in my clients all of the time.  When you don’t get enough SLEEP your body looks for energy in FOOD; and often high fat food because it contains more calories.  Unfortunately you can’t make up on lack of sleep by eating more.

I’m sure you have all had a time where you don’t get enough sleep and eat like crazy the next day. 

I encourage you to go to bed a little earlier or sleep in if you can so that you are getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night!
