Put the Diet Soda Down!

Here is yet another study that may compel you to stop drinking diet sodas.  I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners for various reasons, but regardless of the type of sweetener this study showed that people ate more FOOD when they drank an artificially sweetened drink compared to a regular drink.  I am not saying that you should start drinking regular sugar sodas, the sugar causes inflammation and other issues – if you are going to DRINK CALORIES choose milk, almond milk, coconut milk or something I like to do is squeeze a fresh orange in a glass and fill the rest up with bubbly water!
