Scored some good-looking Swiss chard at the Food Collective* so I made this recipe for dinner last night. Simple, but good. Protein and power greens make a winning combination.
Ingredients
- 1 bundle of swiss chard
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 lemon
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Wash the chard thoroughly and chop the leaves crosswise into strips.
- Sauté the leaves in garlic and lemon until wilted and tender.
- Fry up a couple of eggs.
