I’m so glad that these studies are finally getting attention in the media.  It’s bad news for all of the cupcake shops, frozen yogurt stands and soda makers, but can be good news for you if you take it to heart and start reducing your intake of added sugar!

People who consumed more than 21% of daily calories from added sugar had double the risk of death from heart disease as those who consumed less than 10% of calories from added sugars.
