Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 container of organic vegetable broth
- 1⁄2 tsp cumin
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
- Sauté carrots, garlic and onion in the olive oil. Add all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Then simmer for 10 minutes. Place all the ingredients into the food processer. Put back on the stove to simmer for another 10 minutes.
