Many people that hear conflicting information just decide not to do anything! It’s important to consider the source – and do a little extra research if you hear something on TV that sounds “too good to be true.”
I do a lot of this for my clients because I want them to have trusted information. Registered Dietitians (like me!) are Nutrition Experts; we have years of training, internships, pass a national exam, plus our own job experiences.
If you have heard anything in the news lately that your wondering about – let me know, I’d love to do a couple of sleuthing blogs!
