Feeling good today. Biggest challenge for me is going to bed early, but will be getting some shut eye when done with this post.
Prepared soft tacos with organic ground beef, rice tortillas, homemade guacamole, lettuce/tomato and fresh pico de gallo.
What made this meal “clean” and “detox friendly”?
1. Only one carb choice – tortillas; usually tacos would be served with retried or black beans and traditionally at restaurants RICE too!
2. NO CHEESE. and the taste was still great!
3. No added fat in guacamole (like cheese or mayo or sour cream)
I like taking traditional meals and making them detox friendly so you don’t feel deprived.
