Well, apparently I can’t count. I missed blogging on January 13th so didn’t count that day!
Yesterday, the 18th I made an amazing ground turkey pasta sauce with rice pasta, literally off the hook. I’m posting recipes tomorrow!
Today, which is Day 13, I enjoyed a 6 mile walk in the city and found detox friendly foods at a Northbeach restaurant. My hubby and I made a super fast stir fry for dinner with Brown Rice/Red Quinoa (which comes frozen, already cooked at Costco! SO EASY)
