Impress Your Guests!
Make your own Hummus it’s fast and easy – just put everything into a food processor and blend!
Serve with veggies or crackers. Great to spread on a sandwich too!
Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons water or liquid from the chickpeas
- optional: dash of hot sauce or Sriracha!
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender. Add more water or olive oil if needed for consistency
- Taste, for seasoning, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
