Take a Nature Walk

In other words, get out in NATURE and WALK!  Not only will you get the benefits of exercise but you will get additional endorphins (happy chemicals in the brain) released by taking in nature.

If you are in a colder climate and getting outside is more difficult; open your shades and look outside while you are on your treadmill!

You can find waking clubs at local community centers or utilize MeetUp.com – there isn’t a shortage of places to find people to join you; especially if you need that extra motivation.

Walking alone is also very therapeutic, especially if you aren’t on the PHONE!  I listen to a lot of podcasts when I run or walk instead of music; but I always make sure that some of that time has NO noise so I can enjoy the sounds of nature.  – Try it!  You’ll Like it!
