Healthy You – Healthy Business

This week I had an opportunity to speak at two wonderful Women’s groups.  I’m finding that so many professional women are really struggling with healthy eating, simply because they are so focused on their business!

Ladies (and Gentlemen) – Your health is one of the most important investments you can make!  I want to share a couple of the tips that I shared with my audiences this week.

Here are 2 QUICK TIPS for Meal Timing:

1.  Nourish your body within 2 hours of waking up.  Eat something to get your metabolism going!!

2. Then eat every 3-5 hours; and don’t go more than 6!
